To accurately target grubs, you need to know what you’re looking at. To verify a grub infestation, find a brown circle in your lawn and carefully cut the turf near the edge. Gently lift the turf, and you will probably see grubs twisting and turning just under the surface.
Grubs are the larvae of beetles and are typically yellow or white, with a brown chitinous head and six small legs. Their elongated bodies curl into a C-shape, and they can be anywhere from a half inch to two inches long. If you see grubs, you need to implement a grub control solution immediately, before more damage is done.
Grub Control Methods
There are two ways to achieve grub control. The first method is preventative treatment.
