Can you believe it’s August already? With the eighth month of the year, comes 17 of our favorite days of the end of the summer. That’s right, we’re talking about the Indiana State Fair, August 3-19!

Here are some of the events we’re especially excited about at Lawn Pride.

Promotional Days & Deals at the State Fair

Sunday, August 5: Ride Safe Indiana Day

Motorcyclists, get an early start and head to Gate 6 on Fall Creek Parkway. The first 100 bikers who arrive can park on Main Street

 

Monday, August 6: Chevrolet Military Day

Service members, don’t forget your IDs! All current and former military and their families get in free today

 

Tuesday, August 7: $2 Tuesday Presented by the Secretary of State

It’ll only cost you two bucks to get in today. Also, two dollar Midway rides and plenty of $2 food options for everyone.

 

Wednesday, August 8: Indiana Pork Day

Look for the Indy Star ticket and take it along for free admission. Seniors 55 and older can also enjoy free shuttle rides.

 

Thursday, August 9: BMV Discount Day

Visit myBMV.com and print your voucher for $6 admission today only.

 

Saturday, August 11: Hoosier Lottery Day

Scratch-off fans (ages 18 and up, of course), stop by Lotto Town and claim your free Hoosier Lottery scratch-off ticket while supplies last!

 

Sunday, August 12: Cancer Survivors Day

All fairgoers are invited to make a donation to benefit cancer survivors. Look for Little Red Door for more details.

 

Monday, August 13: First Responders Day Presented by Indiana State Department of Health

Firefighters, police officers, and EMT personnel from across the state and their families can enjoy free admission to the fair. Remember to bring your IDs.

 

Tuesday, August 14: $2 Tuesday Again!

 

Wednesday, August 15: Farmers’ Day Presented by Union Carpenters

Bring your Indy Star tickets and get FREE admission again! Also, seniors can enjoy free shuttle rides all day.

 

Thursday, August 16: AAA Day

Are you a Triple-A cardholder? Show your membership card for free admission!
